Hello! My name is Jonny and I have worked in a variety of roles from business administration to financial reporting and a lot in between across a range of industries! It is this unique experience that has inspired me to want to help SMEs and sole traders understand their businesses better and get to grip with their numbers.
I see many business leaders and owners that really enjoy their jobs, having got into it initially as a hobby in a lot of circumstances and then trying to make some money out of it. However, understanding their business and how it is performing is not necessarily a skillset they are familiar with which is where we come in! We help business leaders understand their management accounts with simple to read reports and plain English to get under the skin of performance and ultimately aid their growth.
We understand that financial reporting can be a complicated world but that is our ball and we have a range of bespoke reports that can be tailored and doctored depending on the information that is relevant to each business. We are happy to just present the numbers as they are and let customers work it out for themselves but our skill is presenting the information to make a difference and giving business owners and leaders the story behind the numbers so they can get on with the fun of doing the doing. We are capable of identifying real, actionable solutions that give businesses the best chance of improving and growing.
We identify process improvements across the business to allow more efficient operations and we can take on most of the financial administration of businesses too, from managing invoicing to paying suppliers, to interaction with HMRC. We have extensive knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Excel, so can often come up with solutions and tools to help your business and allow you to do more of whatever it is you enjoy doing the most.
